Jayco LP Quick Connect

Hi Jayco Owners,

My new Jayco has a LP Quick Connect and I am not sure what kind of adapter and hose (20 ft) to buy. My understanding is the there is already a regulator on the LP tanks so I should not use a second regulator. Also, I an looking to purchase a Blackstone Table Top Griddle #1666 which I believe works for low pressure propane. I do have a Coleman Road Trip #225 Tabletop Grill but I am not sure if I can use it with the LP Quick Connect since it is high pressure propane.

I just want to make sure I use the LP Quick Connect safely.

Thank you.

Welcome to the group! You will get a much faster and better response if you post the question in the appropriate forum. I use a "Y" Adapter on my quick connect to run both my Roadtrip and my Blackstone. You have to remove the regulators on both of them to make them work. I used the fittings from each of the regulators to make them quick connect (Male ends) and then a hose of the desired length to the quick connect on the trailer.

Thank you and I did not see a forum selection option when I started the new thread.

I use something like this: https://www.amazon.com/SHINESTAR-Pre...9634509&sr=8-6

Works with my 17” or 22” blackstone.

Welcome aboard!

Correct, when using the RV's quick connect you do not want to use another regulator.

There are lots of hose options out there. Here is an example of one that shows both a straight and a 90 degree elbow.
