Jayco Redhawk 31XL - Bunk DVD Player/Monitors

Hello all

I'm a bit frustrated right now. With my purchase of my motorhome i worked in free DVD Bunk Monitors/Dvd Players for the kids to have. They came in and while installing they work upon initial startup but once you turn them off they won't come back on. They said you have to turn the RV off and back on for them to power back up.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I'm confused with why they are having such a hard time with this.

Okay .... we have additional info now that i have picked it up.

1. It isn't the truck/chasis that has to be restarted. We have to turn the house battery master switch off and back on. If we turn off the DVD player/monitor.

2. This is hooked up to 12v system so we can watch going down the road and is tied into the light in the bunk.

Is it possible that it's a fuse or can't find enough juice in line to fire back up after off? Any thoughts are appreciated.
