LCI Leveling System...Screen Dim

Has anybody experienced a display on an LCI 6-point leveling system command center going DIM???
My screen suddenly went dim and I can't see the messages.
( The attached photo shows the message because of camera contrast but I can't see it live. )
I emailed the LCI support link and have received no answer.

Thanks for any clues.

If there's no contrast setting available it looks like the panel will need to be replaced.

Had the same thing happen with our generator control panel--had to replace the panel to fix.

LCI Control Panel is dim

I replace this panel twice under warranty and still had the same problem. Problem seemed to be resolved after replacing the panel but reoccurred shortly after each replacement.
Tech support was useless.
