Jeez! Lots of opinions and they all sound correct to me. I think you are all right! Thanks much and I will still include the replacement on my list for the CW dealer this winter.

Are you using a water pressure regulator? When our house burnt, my cousin brought his 5th wheel down for us to live in a few weeks. The pressure relief valve was leaking. I went and bought a new valve, it also leaked. Put one of the inline water pressure regulators on and no more leaks from the pressure valve.

Yes, I use a water pressure regulator which I believe is rated for 55psi, instead of ususal 45psi. I wonder if 55psi is too much pressure??
