Leaking Toilet

Our 2011 Jayco camper toilet is leaking in back where it seems to be impossible to get to. When hooked up to water supply it leaks a little continuously. Do we have to take it back to the dealer??

Some have leaking valves that are subject to recall from the toilet manufacture. Mine leaked from the plex pipe and took forever to get it fixed right.
