Main Cabin Lights - Jayco Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS

I have a Eagle HT 27.5 RLTS and I cant get the main cabin LED lights to work. These are the soldered connection lights with the integrated bulbs.

So here is what happened. I learned through this great site about the dimmer for these lights. I have a total of eight in the living area and hallway. They were very bright so I added the dimmer switch from Amazon. Worked great and I was able to dine the lights perfectly and mama was happy. All was good.

I decided I liked it so much that I also wanted to install one for my outside awning lights. My awning light switch is in the main control panel with the slide switches, water pumps, water heater etc. I removed the control panel and cut into the wire feeding the awning light switch. All main cabin lights quit at this point. I Proceeded to install the dimmer for the awning lights Though the spliced lines on the back of the controller and the dimmer works perfectly.

I went back to troubleshoot the main cabin lights and was hoping for a blown fuse...nope. Though maybe I burned up the original dimmer, so I switched that with my original toggle switch. No luck. At this point Iím thinking I may have blown all the bulbs n all 8:lights so I took a working light from the bedroom and installed it in place of one of the main cabin lights....still nothing from the main lights.

All other lights and switches work fine in the trailer. Iím think there, may be a junction box that feeds all the cabin lights and it may have blown but I donít know where to look.

Any thoughts or ideas or how I may troubleshoot this? Iím fairly handy and enjoy working on the trailer but at this point Iím thinking I may Ned to call a lechnician to help. Thought Iíd reach out to you guys and hopefully you have some ideas.

Thanks in advance and I have learned so much from this site.

Try turning awning light switch on all the way and see if other lights come on.

You need to get a multi meter and learn how to use it if your gonna be and electrician, Did the outside lights work? You need to know if you have power to the inside switch. Replace the wiring like it was before you started and see it it works. Without a meter that is all you can do.
