Marinco(30ARVKIT)30 Amp Detachable Power Conversion Kit

I have a 2012 Jay Flight Swift 267BHS and I want to change out the power cord. Will this kit cover the mouse hole on my camper. I cant see any dimensions.

I did this mod about 2 months ago with the Marinco Kit. It comes with multiple adapter plates to cover the smaller/larger openings. The adapter plate screw holes line up with the existing holes after mouse hole removal, so no new drilling. Make sure you have some Butyl tape for proper sealing.Click image for larger version

TCNASHVILLE - Does it come with adapter plates for the aluminum siding also?

Steve, I would assume you'd use the same flat adapter plates. Look at your existing "mouse hole" cover and see how it's mounted. This will mount the same way. It may require extra caulking/butyl tape to make up for the uneven surface, unless the aluminum siding was cut round and the cover was installed within the circle. My first trailer had aluminum siding and I can't remember how they mounted things. I'm very pleased with this mod and it only took an hour or so. Hope this helps, Terry

I was wondering if there are any conversions kits out there that are black in color? Or any other kits that are black? Thanks.

I would also be interested in a black cover. My real question is, can this be completely done from the outside of the trailer? I do not have access to the cord from the back that I can tell without going through the shower or removing the paneling from under the rear bunk. If I can do the whole conversion from outside the trailer, I will give it a shot. Thanks for the info. Ny unit is a 2016 X23B.

Did mine all from the outside in about 40 minutes. Toughest part was cutting the 30 amp line. LOL.
As far as aluminum siding goes, I have that and the butyl tape filled the gaps really well.

Happy RVing,
Jeff

I have fiberglass sides on mine so it should be a snap. Was it easy to do? I guess if it only took you 40 minutes it was pretty easy. Thanks for the reply.
