No audio on Furrion TV using Amazon FireTV stick

We just purchased a 2020 Eagle 355MBQS. We plugged a FireTV stick into Furrion TV in living area. I get picture but no sound from TV or sound bar - regardless of which HDMI port it's plugged in to. When plugged into bedroom TV, everything works. Any idea what could be the issue?

Note - living area has stereo/dvd player above TV

Don't use the "ARC" HDMI port for your firestick. The ARC HDMI port should be connected to the stereo unit. On my stereo unit I must be in ARC setting and have the 2 and 3 buttons set to on for the speakers.
Also welcome to a great forum!

Thank you so much for the quick reply!

We have tried Firestick in HDMI 1, 2, & 3 on back of TV - all with no audio from tv or sound bar. We are not familiar with ARC HDMI.

Just stumped on what TV or Firestick settings should be so audio will work.

Sorry for late reply. Have the HDMI cable from the tv to the stereo connected To the HDMI port marked ARC on the TV. Any other HDMI port should handle the Firestick unless it needs the ARC port. I use ROKU and it works fine like I have the connection described. Hope this helps. Do you have the speakers on the stereo unit turned on?

You may have to set the Amazon Fire audi setting to stereo. It may have setup on another TV as surround or DTS and not redetected the change.
