No Lights Working Inside/Outside

Brought home a new 2015 Jayco X20E Ultralite yesterday evening and none of the lights work inside or outside. Had a second battery installed. What could be happening to have not electrical?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new trailer!

The Main fuse by the battery is not in place, they take it out.

Thanks for the reply!

Do I need to put the fuse back in place to get electrical working with battery power only? As you can tell, this is all new for me

Yes as that fuse is what supplies the power to the trailer.
