If a trailer circuit breaker trips (shuts off), then you must push it further towards the off position (against spring tension) to reset it and then turn it back on. This has 'tripped up' other RVers, too.
Since you are concerned about the campground power, you should have a surge protector. Campground power can have issues. During the summer, low voltage is frequently a problem. Worst case, low voltage and lightening strikes can fry your trailer's electrical system and things plugged into it.
