Noisy Maxx Fans

Both of my fans, less than three years old, variable speed and reversible, with remotes, have become noisier at low speed. Anything the consumer can do about this? I emailed manufacturer yesterday, no response yet.

I have not seen this brought up in a post before. i know that the Ventline fan in our bathroom is much quieter than our fantastic fan. I plan on removing the fan blade from the Ventline and putting it on the fantastic fan to see if it makes it quitter.

Spoke with the Maxx Fan tech person today, who said he doesn't normally do this, but is shipping me two replacements. Unsure what that means, other than great customer service.
Note that both of these fans are over three years old.

Well, now he isn't. Once I sent the serial numbers he tells me they are out of warranty, something I said in first conversation. So now back to is there anything I can do to quiet them?
If I can't, may look at Fantastic Fans as replacements.
