Norcold 323T Fridge Not Cooling

Hi All
Would appreciate some guidance on this. Jayco 2000 pop up camper with Norcold 323T that is not cooling. The pilot light stays lit but the fridge never cools not a bit. We checked it before leaving the house and the fridge did get cold. Of course, when at my destination in the North Woods, turned on the propane, pilot lit and fridge would not cool. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. I took a picture of the back components but do not have a picture at the moment of the components behind the silver box(pilot, thermal coupler, etc)

I don't know about your fridge, but ours requires 12v for the control circuit when on propane. Does yours?

Yes, we have the battery hooked up and that is just fine. The heater works just fine off of the propane too.
