Norcold fridge not turning on, Code n

Hello,
I turned my refrigerator on this morning while plugged into house power. I checked it tonight and it is not cooling. The code on the fridge shows as an "n".
My unit is a 2013 Jayco X18D triple hybrid and I have a Norcold fridge.

I have tried: turning the fridge off/on, unplugging the power cord to the camper and plugged it back in. I tried running it in LP mode and get the same code. I plugged something else into the outlet behind the fridge and it is working so I'm assuming it has 120 volts. I've also checked and reset all my breakers and checked my 12 v breakers also.
I'm using the 30 amp to 15 amp cord converter so I can plug in to 120v house power. I have done this many times and it has always cooled with no problems. It's currently ~70 degrees out and raining.

I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon for a weekend trip and for the first time I rented my camper out through RVShare next weekend. It figures this will be my first time renting and a week before I have my first issue with the camper.

Has anyone seen the "n" code I'm seeing? Any ideas on what I can do to troubleshoot further or reset it?
TIA!!
-Tony

I recently encountered the same problem with our Norcold that is about 7 years old. We were getting ready to leave on a trip, so there was no time for a service call. I opened the access panel on the outside of the trailer. I saw the control box with three wires connected by push on terminals. I pulled each one off one at a time and put it back on. I then restarted the fridge and it worked perfectly for the entire trip.

When I returned home I cleaned the connector tabs with scotchbrite.

Thank you hoppers4 for those directions! I was able to reset the unit while camping this weekend. The frige started working and has been working since including shutting it off a couple times and running on propane on the trip home. I'm so glad to get it working again quickly and even happier not to have spent any money on it. :-)
