Norcold n821 flame sensor

Have a problem with reefer not able to detect the flame on lp mode. Shore power is OK. Burner lights off quickly but flame isn't detected and shuts down. Sensor
Output is 60 millivolts in the flame. All connections are clean and voltages good. Is it new board time. Hate the $200 treatment.
Thanks, TomC

Here is the cure. I bought a new Dinosaur board and after installation, the reefer fired off on propane with no problems. Cost $200 but I gave it my best shot at diagnosis.
