Norcold Refrigerator not cooling on either electric or gas

We have a 2016 Jayco Redhawk 31 xl. It has the original Norcold refrigerator in it. The refrigerator is not cooling on either electric or gas at this point. I don't think it is the fuse in the inside breaker box as the lights on the unit are lit. I replaced the 5 amp. fuse outside but not the glass fuse as it looks intact. It is still not working. Any suggestions as to what might be the cause. If it is something simple, I can fix it. We are leaving on a 1 1/2 week trip next week and would like it to be working before then. We will be having our RV repairman look at it but not until we get to our destination.

Thanks for any help you can suggest.

There is a box on the outside of fridge in rear. It's a interlock with a magnet resettable switch. It doesn't like getting wet.
You have to use a magnet to reset it.
There are videos on YouTube about it. Had it happen a couple times to us.
I ended up putting a piece of eternabond tape over it to keep moisture out.
Worked fine ever since.
If I can find the writeup I will repost here

If it's gas burner is working correctly with a good flame and if it's heating when on electric but not cooling it's likely your cooling unit has failed.

If you gas burner is running check that the heat is going up the chimney. If the chimney is blocked than neither electric or gas will work to make cooling system operate.

You should feel a warm draft coming out the top fins and if the top grate/cover is off the draft of hot air coming up the chimney should be hot.

You thermostat may be bad and the system has a pilot but the main burner is not running.

Watch a couple of youtubes on care and feeding of RV refrigerators.
