North Point basement weight capacity

Wondering if the basement of my North Point can support a 100 gallon water tank, (833 pounds). I asked Jayco and they couldn’t answer it. Maybe someone here might know.

I would think so…I have well over 500 lbs of gear in there. The only thing that would concern me might be the movement of the water when traveling.

I will not be traveling with it and the onboard tank will not be filled.

With all the landing gear issues that others have had, I would be concerned with that much weight up front.

Another way to look at it is how much does the Onan generator weigh that is an option in the front compartment. I don’t have one, but food for thought.

My $.02 worth,... why wouldn't it? My black and grey tanks are located right under my basement. They are over 50gal each. When those are full there's 800# right there. If you have a pair of waste tanks located there, I'd say keep the grey open, close the black but empty it say every other or every 3rd day depending on how much it's used and you'll be fine.

If I read your post right you won’t be traveling with water in the tank. No prob! After filling the tank (at a CG?) maybe jacks on the frame under the tank.
