Outdoor TV Connection

Having hard time figuring out something that should be relatively easy and it’s frustrating.
This is on a 2018 BHS. We have the standard CISC cable in from he outside source and run the 2 interior TV’s as you would expect.
I want to add a TV to watch outside, but can’t fit the life of me figure out how to get it hooked up for cable at the campground. I guess a smart TV and run it through campground WiFi (which is unreliable most times) or the hotspot on my phone is a solution, but I would like to run it as the other interior TV’s do, right off the coax.
Can anyone set me straight on this?

That should say “standard coax”. CISC is my sons soccer club and my stupid phone put that in while I wasn’t paying attention.

You might want to start by calling Jayco with your VIN and getting the coax schematics for your unit. I think you are flying blind without that.

So you believe that there is somewhere within the walls of the unit that I could split the signal and pull it to the outside?

Without schematic that is anyone's guess. You really need to know the coax layout to tell.

If you don't have an enclosed underbelly you will likely see a portion of the cable run somewhere underneath the camper. You can usually tap into that and run a line to where you want the outdoor TV.

It has an enclosed underbelly, but now that you bring that up, coupled with getting the coax schematic, I might venture under there and see what I can make if it.

You still need a schematic or you might just be tapping into a loop.

No, I’ll get the schematic before I just blindly poke around.

The Schematic for my previous camper - 2016 28BHBE was not even close to accurate when it came to coax. It seemed like the guy who installed it was committed to using a full 100 foot roll regardless of how short it could have been. It was routed in a way that made absolutely made no sense. It crossed the trailer multiple times with no real reason. I ended up running all new coax routed the way I wanted it including adding an outdoor TV jack.

That’s kind of what I’m afraid of, finding a rats nest that makes no sense up against a schematic.
Once you got it sorted out, did it involved a splice somewhere between the interior main TV and the line running to the 2nd TV?
