Outside speakers, on and off control

Well I have read the manual, played with buttons, knobs, cussed, and so far nothing works to turn off the outside speakers. I have a 2014 Jayco
T29A toyhauler with the Sony Multi Disc player. I can get the radio, DVD, CD, & TV to work fine. For the life of me, I cannot get the outside speakers to turn off. Any suggestions/help? I'm sure it is something simple, just having trouble figuring it out. If nothing else, I'll get my 8 year old grandson to look at it, LOL. He's much better with electronics than I am. When we picked it up last week, the outside speakers were off and the tech doing our walk through turned them on to verify they worked so I'm sure they are wired correct, just may have to get hold of the dealer Tuesday.

I have A,B,C speaker channels, that can be independently turned off-on with a button on the stereo. On my stereo, Jensen, the outside are "C".

Personally, I would prefer Sony over Jenson. I have their TV's, cameras and camcorders and have always been more than pleased.
