Poll: 6 Volt Battery Failure?

If a mod would set up a poll for this question, I would appreciate it. I think choices should be
"No, I've never had a 6 volt battery fail"
"No, and battery has been over-discharged"
"No, and battery electrolyte has been run low"
"Yes- battery was properly maintained"
"Yes- battery was over-discharged"
"Yes- battery electrolyte was run low"
--------

Poll Question -- Have you ever experienced failure of one of your 6 volt deep cycle batteries?

Many times in this and other forums when the topic of choosing RV batteries comes up, the debate of using two 6 volt batteries - VS - using two 12 volt batteries comes up.

Having one of a pair of 6 volt deep cycle batteries fail would leave you with only 6 volts available, while if using a pair of deep cycle 12 volt batteries, if one fails, you will still have 12 volt power.

The results could shed light on the actual durability of 6 volt batteries, both when properly maintained and when abused.
