Privacy Curtain Installation 2025 21MML

Jayco discontinued the ceiling mounted privacy curtain on the 2025 21MML during production. We purchased the track and curtain from Jayco parts and plan on installing it ourselves. It's the same application that was standard on the 2024 models.

If you can provide pictures (close-up and pan) of the application of the curtain from a 2024 model, they would be appreciated. The interior pictures of the "for sale" models on the internet don't offer a good view of the curtain - just that it's there.

The door window was "Lippert shade ready" but is not included.

On the lighter side: The sales rep (we know well) apologized to us that the change was made without our knowledge because the pictures of 2025's for sale included the curtain. We said we weren't concerned about it and that our concern was for our neighbors who were going to have to see to old people get dressed in the morning.

Let me try this a different way (no replies to original). ... would like to here from anyone who has a privacy curtain that extends across the entire width of their trailer - basically it separates the bed from the living area. How is the rail attached to the ceiling?

Jayco won't advise and their is currently none for sale near us.

Not on a trailer, but we did put up a rail and the DW bought some fabric to make one on our last big popup. I bought an aluminum rail and a bunch of little rollers, along with two end stops. The DW did the sewing for the finished edges. Let me see if I can find some links for what we used, that was back around 2007.

There is a plastic rail now, that'll bend some, and that's what's in our TT from the factory. Both styles of rail screw to the ceiling. Give me a few minutes to post more info for you.

And this looks like a kit all together:

Very easy to install. If I did it, anyone can. Good luck on your decisions.
