Pure Sine Wave Inverter Brand

I am going to install a Pure Sine Wave Inverter in my TT just for the TV and DirecTV receiver. I won't need a big one maybe 300 watts max type.
Any recommendations on brands?

I will be hardwiring as I have already added a separate circuit to the entertainment area.

Do you mean separate 12 volt or 120 volt? If you mean 120 volt you will need one with a built in transfer switch for when your on shore power.

If you mean a separate 12 volt circuit I would look at something like this.

I ran a separate 120v line with a UPS a while back.
We have too many devices sometimes. Xbox, Wifi router, etc.
In looking at some boondocking we would only use the television and DirecTV receiver and bypass the UPS.

No better name for PSW than Xantrex. I have a 2000W PSW from then that I run from my battery bank and solar panels.

I used a Xantrex Pro-sine 1000 watt for years in our entertainment center. They are a very reliable unit. There is much advice out there for wiring your inverter and you'll want it to be located as close to your battery bank as possible. Enjoy your new inverter whatever you choose.

I installed this Go Power inverter (clicky). I installed the 120V output to inverter only outlets near the TV. It runs my 30" LCD TV, DirecTv receiver and power inserter quite well. The inverter can be turned on and off with a built-in remote switch. I've used it for a couple of years.

I have been using the AIMS 600WATT PSW Inverter PWRI60012S (AMAZON $159) for several years now.

More power than I need but it works great. I feed an extension cord with multihead receptacle from the Inverter to the Home entertainment area and another one to the Bedroom area where most of my daily use items are located...

Being PSW I don't ever have to worry about what is plugged into it and going up in blue smoke...
