Recommend Winegard Carryout MP1?

I currently have DirecTV at my house and would like to get it in my TT. The Winegard MP1 is reasonably priced. I read somewhere that you can't get HD with the MP1. Is it difficult to set up the MP1 at the campsite? Are there other dish antenna options that would provide HD service?

I don't believe you can get HD programming on any DIRECTV portable satellite. I think you have to purchase a dish that is designed for HD and set it up on a tripod type system.
