Replace Winegard Sensar with King Jack

Bought a replacement head assembly openbox from Amazon. The swap out was easy. Had 14 channels show up with Sensar, but only got 5 with King. Returned it today.
Wanted to put this out because I tried to do the research and found many poditive reviews. Just didn't work out for me.

Interesting, we just replaced our bat-wing style antenna that was a standard factory install on our 2015 Greyhawk with the King 'Jack', and our channel selection nearly doubled with the upgrade. Are you sure it was installed/setup correctly? Personally I would recommend the King "Jack" to any owner of the the older style antenna. Note, we did purchase the unit that included the full base and not just the head upgrade assembly.

I have the Jack head replacement and am very happy with it. For the money, and in reading threads on several forums, consensus is that the Sensar is better overall for most situations. If you tried both under different weather and terrain conditions you might have had a different result.

I really think it boils down to how important TV is to you. For us it's a way catch local weather, a Packers game, or a TV show occasionally. Beyond that we'd rather watch a DVD if we have to be inside.

I guess it couldv'e been a bad unit. Like I said (but misspelled) there were many positive reviews. Maybe I'll get another and test again. I sure wanted it to work.
