Sani con macerator problems

Does anyone have any issues with the sani con? We purchased a 2017 jayco pinnacle and went camping. Tried to use the sani con and it would not turn on. We pushed the red starter button, nothing happened. We called the dealer and no one knows what to do. We asked them where the fuse for it was and they are calling Jayco. Well, still waiting on return call.Any ideas? Thank you

Thank you. I don't think they gave us a manual on the sani con, just the Jayco Pinnacle manual. I'll get this to my husband. Thank you
