Satellite help needed

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have a 99 jayco designer with a built in satallite dish. I have a dish 322 receiver in my house and took it out to the camper. When I do the check switch it does not find any switch. I also cannot find any signal no matter what direction the satellite is showing. I know that without a switch connection it won't work. Does anyone have any ideas on what is happening.
Thanks
James

Wow James, I hope some of the tech savvy folks here can help ya out. Not sure if Jayco can help you but you could always call them (Jayco.com). Perhaps someone who installs these units could help you also (Camping World for example). Anyhow, welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum and let us know how you do
