Single to Dual Propane tanks

Well, looks like I've got too much free time today. Yet another post.
Considering updating the single 30# tank to dual 20's or maybe 30's. Doesn't seem like too big a deal, a few parts & hoses.
But......
Where is your regulator mounted? My current install is on the diamond plate on the front cover. I was looking at a dual tank mount and the pic appears to have the regulator mounted on the center hold-down rod.
Part of the update will be to add a hard cover (the flimsy nauga-beast cover Jayco provides is coming apart). CW has a hard tank cover that has a top hatch for valve and regulator access. But what does the regulator mount to?

As always, thanks to all.
I truly believe with the cumulative knowledge, wisdom and experience of this forum we could ballance the country's budget, fix Social Security and Medicare and bring about world peace (although I think it's Sean45 that just want us to use turn signals:hihi.

On my dual 30s, There is a piece of allthread with a clamp on the top to hold the tanks. The regulator is attached to the allthread. Actually a pretty simple setup and should be easy to upgrade.

That's what I suspected. Thanks for the feedback guys.
We don't use much gas but I can see the day coming when the tank will empty at the most inconvenient moment.
