Slide out

We have a 2014 Whitehawk and really like the Jayco product. The slide out is not coming out evenly. The rear of the slide is 1" less extended than the front of the slide. Inside the lower frame is not touching the outside wall. The top seems fine. Not some how it got out of alignment. Does anyone know how to adjust these slides. It is a rack & pinyon system and seems quite sturdy

Thanks

I am here searching for fixes to the same problem-just started doing the same thing and supposed to be in Idaho Saturday! Did you find anything out? Ours is a 2013 29SQB

Slide issues

I talked with the dealer today and was told that it is ready to pickup. I will get it tomorrow. Somehow it got out of adjustment

The slide on our Greyhawk was not square with the wall. When retracted so that the front vertical gasket was compressed, the rear gasket was barely touching. It leaked a couple of tablespoons of water in the first driving rain we encountered.

Our dealer adjusted it so all gaskets are compressed evenly. No more leaks and we've had several hard rains this year. It glides in and out more smoothly, too.

Like your tongue jack? If it's stopped working then check your inline battery fuse.
