Slide type for trailer

Hey all...So I have a 2007 Jayco 29bhs and was wondering if anyone has a lead
on the parts for the slide mechanism. The pictures show a block the rod goes through and it tore apart. Its one piece that is bolted to the railing...I dont know all the names of these things but I need that block part..any help appreciated..

It appears it wasn't welded very well. Might be easier (and faster) to disassemble it and find someone to properly re weld it.

X-2.... It has to be taken apart either way.
