Slow down a power vent fan???

My 2006 Jayco has a "power vent" fan located within bathroom. Much like the one recently installed at: http://www.jaycoowners.com/showthread.php?t=1413

Great fan but at times, its RPM is way too fast. When fan is ON and one tries to open its bathroom door, it feels like the door is being over sucked into a closed postion. IMO, wa too much RPM / vacuum inside its small bathrroom room.

What switch, resistor, ??? can be installed to create a 3 speed fan? For example, OFF, Medium or Fast (full) RPM speed. Currently, its factory default is either OFF or Fast speed. Would be nice to have option of slower RPM fan.

yea boy they do draw the air thu them lol
if its hot from a shower it will cool it in an instant
or cool a hot camper quickly

Agree. High RPM fan above a wet zone (like a shower enclosure) is a great idea. Our 2006 Jayco is FBS model. Which means bathroom is little room and its shower/tub is across the hall - outside the little 3ft x 3ft closet size room. Default of "wide open" RPM fan is way too much for such a small room. Slowing it down to 1/2 RPM would be much better.

That is why I added a sureflo ... infinitely variable and cost less than the one the factory has put in... plan to add them to all the roof vents
