At first thought I would suggest simply running a line from the inverter to where you need an outlet. BUT, do you have the capacity at the inverter? If the fridge starts it has a high load for a short time the a smaller load while it runs. A coffee maker can call for 1,000 to 1500 watts. If your inverter is a 2,000 watts max you could be way over that. Second thought, will you drain the batteries if you use that coffee maker often?
Last, a lot of factory setups will run the microwave off the inverter or have a dedicated socket for that purpose. I would check for capacity and also test all the outlets in case any are already on the inverter powered circuit.
