Solara vertical arm wont close all the way

Does anyone Know how to adjust a*Solara*power awning to make the bottom of the arm close all the way.
the Power head does close all the way
The other side closes perfectly.

Silly question, but is there anything loose in there that is keeping it from folding flat? Is there an adjustment knob that is still right? Had it been folding up flat prior to this?

The whole arm was replaced under Warranty and for them to look at it again will be in 2 months. I cant see any adjustments. Wondering if the strut rod can be adjusted as the shaft seems to be sbout an inch longer than the other side when the awning is out about a foot
