Sync a new Lippert Replacement Remote

Hello,

I lost the remote that came with our 2017 Jayco Eagle 317ROLK camper last year. I purchased a new remote from Lippert and they sent it to me right away.
I contacted Lippert to program the new controller. They successfully walked me through the ground leveling portion of configuring the new remote. However, I can not find the Lippert module that allows me to sync the remote to the slideouts, lights, or awnings. I contacted Jayco Tech Support to ask them were I might find the main Lippert module that requires me to press a very small black button to sync the remote to the module that controls the slideouts, lights, and awnings. They told me to look in the front storage area of the camper, NOT THERE! Then they had me look in storage area (the side where the ground control is located) behind a false wall held by 4 screws, NOT THERE! The only thing behind that was the battery disconnect and all the battery cables to and from the inverter. Does anyone happen to know where the Lippert module may be located on the year, make and model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Take care,

Bryan

Our unit (2017 eagle 321rsts) which has the hub and 5 port controller is behind a false back in the cabinet next to the switches for the slides, awning, awning lights, tanks etc. There is a sticker with the one control gateway ssid number on the false back in the cabinet. Sticker can be hidden behind stuff in the cabinet.
I would look for the sticker.

Thank you for the tip! I will look to see if I can find that sticker or try to find a false wall near the switches.
