Remove the outside door and look at the little flag in the round exhaust hole. This assembly of flag and white switch is called the sail switch. At rest, the flag shaft should be touching the heater sheet metal with a gap closest to the observer. There should be a small button protruding from the switch that springs the sail back to its resting position. Carefully, flick the switch with finger or small tool and observe if the small switch button goes in and out. The fan needs to start before ignition, and this stuck switch is the most common failing. Next, high in the area behind the front sheet metal with the red light, is a plug connection with 5 wires. Reach in and press down to insure the plug is fully seated. Bumpy, crappy roads can jar this loose enough to prevent ignition.
