This is what I was looking for. Thanks!
Unfortunately, Tunce, it's difficult to
" just do what a bear does in the woods" when camping on a concrete parking lot .

It's your trailer so watch the operator - if they don't follow the one handle/time process, correct them.
Don't leave the grey open. In a parking lot it would be a very bad idea since someone will notice and complain. The tank sediment could be a problem too and you need to have some water to flush it out properly.
Be ready to get a holding tank from Walmart if they are going to be too long between pumps.

That's how we get ours pumped. They do all the work. What's better then that?!?!?! Best 10 bucks I spend! lol. I do know on ours with 2 of us with one full week is a little tight!! If ur 1 person it should be ok. 2 I would hope they would pump twice a week. JMO

The grey tanks are no problem because the sink traps will vent if they use Lots of power. I prefer to hold the toilet valve open when they pump the black tank. Black water running into the other tanks is not a problem, the truck has lots of suction.

Thanks Clutch! I was wondering about the toilet valve. I'll make sure the DW holds the pedal down while I'm outside talking to "Bubba"
