Toilet

Is there an adjustment on the amount of water that is left in the bowl after you flush? Mine is in a 2019 NorthPoint. Every time I go to use it, the bowl is practically dry, which as you can imagine leaves a mess.

Press on the foot lever lightly. It will just add water not open the drain.
We always leave ours with water in the bottom

Yup. There is a "process" to RV toilets. Mine is:

1) Add water to bowl by depressing pedal half way (How much depends on the nature of step 2)
1b) Turn on exhaust fan
2) Do business
2b) Turn off exhaust fan
3) Flush
3b) Turn on exhaust fan
4) Add water to bowl

My biggest issue is that water dries up when my rig is in storage. It gets HOT in my rig, and the water evaporates. When I winterize, I actually wrap the toilet bowl with plastic wrap so the AF doesn't evaporate. Keeps the ball seal wet...

ETA: Exhaust fan steps. I often forget those and get a waft of the good-smelling tank in my face! LOL!!

Years ago my parents had a recirculating toilet with instructions to put a couple of sheets of TP when you do #2 so it won't stick to use less flushing to clean the bowl.

We use a short tap when we can to save space in the tank and water while dry camping.

You might consider adding a shutoff valve in the line and cutting back the pressure to avoid wasting water.
