It could be a number of things. I am not familiar with your hitch assembly. Have you made any changes, such a tires, hauling something you have not in the past? How old are the TT tires, what tire pressure are you running?
First thing I would do is check your tire pressures. I accidently ran a first trip of the season on low tire pressure. Horrid sway like feeling, could not figure out why little cars were pushing me all over the road. When we were almost home, I realized, I did not check the tire pressure. When we got home all the TT tires were down about 10 psi (hot tires). Reminds me to always check my pressures. Never had that issue again.
Low tongue weight can cause serious sway control issues. I would recommend get your rig weighed on your way to camp. Fully loaded, all items that you normally have on a typical trip. Including people and a full tank of fuel. Good chance your tongue weight maybe to low. These three measurements will also help ensure your WDH is setup correctly.
Lastly, how are your tires? Soft side wall on trailer tires cause sway. Are your tires original? if so they should be replaced. About 5 years is max life for ST tire. Also what about your TV tires? Few years back I changed tires (different brand same spec). I had bad handling. I suspect the sidewalls were just a little lighter than the old tires. Once I raised my TV tire pressures all was well again. Did take a few trips, to find the right tire pressures for me 45 psi rear, 40 psi front.
edit: What maintenance do you need to do to your hitch? I have had to retorque the pivot points on my E4 hitch a few times. When the bolts start to loosen, I do not get as good of sway control.
