TV Booster

I have been camping for many years but my 2016 Eagle 321RSTS has me stumped. I have a rear lounge with a built-in TV over a built-in fireplace. My attempt to bring cable TV into the Unit has been unsuccessful, I believe due to the TV booster in the 'on' position (we finally ran the cable direct from the box thru the window and directly into the bedroom TV. We have looked everywhere imaginable and cannot find the location of the booster button. It is not located in the bedroom in the area where the antenna comes into the unit; it is not in the cabinets, it is not on the wall, it is not in the manual, Where is WALDO? Does anyone know where the booster button is located on this model? Does the built-in TV release from the wall to reveal the booster? Please save my sanity and tell me where the little green booster light is hiding.

A friend once asked me to help figure out their TV in their Montana. They needed to turn on the booster but couldn't find it. On the opposite side of the wall was a bedroom closet and it was mounted in there. Not very convenient. Would be worth a look.

Don't know if this will help as we have a slightly different model, but on ours the booster is buried at the back of a cabinet, directly underneath the radio/DVD. Have to get on my knees to see, and reach, it. IMO a really dumb place to put it, and I never would have found it if it hadn't been pointed out during the PDI.

We have a different Eagle with a fireplace and a TV on the fireplace wall. The booster switch is inside the fireplace wall behind the swing out TV. Had to pull a release in a side cabinet to release TV to swing out. Then located booster and a/b switch plate behind there.

I have the 351RLTS and it is located on the back wall in the right hand side, down low in the back of a cabinet under the radio. Hard to see and reach.

If it's on you will see the green light.

elusive tv power booster

thanks everyone for the responses we think we see green light behind built in tv but can't get to it .Awaiting response from Jayco how to release tv from wall, then should be able to get to switch. If I wanted cable thru the window I would have purchased a popup. Thanks again.

If your brackets are like mine the below pictures may help you remove the Tv.

Did my PDI yesterday. Remembered this thread and had the tech show me where it was.

I love this forum.

If you want to find out how my PDI went, go here.
