USB ports under counter top not working, and TV audio?

Our TT has the dual USB plugs under the countertop as you walk in. They don't work, and I didn't see any switch to turn them on. There's a green light on the panel, and it's not on. Am I missing something or is this something for the dealer (gotta go back anyway)?

Also, should I be able to play the sound from the TV through the iRV radio? If so, how?

Thanks!!

We had the same problem on our new 27RLS. Turns out the fuse was blown. We opened the fuse panel and there was a green blinking LED next to the burned out fuse. Put in a new fuse and it's working fine. Pulled the USB fitting out of the wall and made sure all the connections were good (messiest hole for the outlet I've ever seen, looks like they punched it out with a screwdriver, c'mon guys, use a hole saw, another item to add to my Jayco survey)

Using the "mode" button on the radio, we select TV on our radio and the TV sound comes out of the 4 surround speakers in the ceiling.

On our 2015 31RLDS the two USB ports in the kitchen are really a car USB adpater plugged into a DC outlet. IF the fuse is fine make sure the adapter is plugged in all the way

Good call on the fuse.

The TV may not be wired properly to the iRV. Check that inputs are connected to outputs. My 19RD came with the outputs wired together and the other cable with the manuals & remotes.

Where are yours located? We pick up this weekend but I only remember ours between the recliners on the small table.

I see it. I really like the roll down door behind the TV. You must have a slightly higher end package then we are getting. I wonder if I could order that piece and install it myself?????

I actually have a few of those USB outlets here at work, I figured I would install in the bedroom, thats where we ussually keep our phone at night.

It looks nice, but sticks if you don't pull perfectly parallel making it hard for the DW to do, so most trips I open it when we setup and close it when we pack.

The USB there I consider useless, I really don't want my phone siting next to a sink waiting for water damage.

Trying to figure a better use for that spot, it's limited by the sink on an angle behind it.

I've looked all around our new 2015 26RKS and cannot find the USB ports anywhere mounted in a cabinet. It was built June 2014.
