Check the burner tube, insects like to build nests in there and that can cause flame problems. Insect screens should be on the WH, furnace and fridge vents IMHO.

That seems odd replacing the WH board 4 times. If replacing with the dinosaur-board (reputable) you do it once. There might be other issues like wiring connections. If a none competent mechanic works on them and doesn't test the whole procedure then I wonder.
Replacing on board is easy but is not always the solution.

Dealer replaced (3) boards in mine and Atwood sent me another (which failed) replaced with a dinosaur-board and it works flawlessly for over a year now.

I have read that there has been a high failure rate with the Atwood boards that were made in China. The newer boards seem to be working better. Many owners have been replacing with Dinosaur boards, as mentioned above.

Literally about 5 minutes from finishing swapping in a Dinosaur UIB-64 in my 2019.

It wouldn't ignite, so the gas would come on for about 3 seconds and shut off.

I didn't want to play the games with Atwood or my 2 year warranty so I just bought the UIB from Amazon. Works great. Takes less than 5 minutes to install it.

Sounds good! Give us a report after you've used it.

Took the camper out for my first trip with the water heater. Camping in a driveway for the county fair so I have limited AC power plugging in to a 20 Amp outlet.

The new Dinosaur board works great. Igniter sounds more aggressive? than the Atwood unit. Otherwise, it just works like it should. If it lasts for 3 more trips it will be as good as the original Atwood
