You have half of the battle figured out, if you can replicate the problem. Easy solution just make sure you keep it is level (just kid’n). Water can migrate from the far side and drip down where your visible issue is located, so check every thing roof related. My parents had a leak for years and could not find it. They found the antenia was not properly sealed internally and the water came in through the seal, ran down the antenia wire and dripped off the wire about 10 feet from the antenia.
On most TTs you can remove the refrigerator roof vent. I would remove it and inspect the passage, it might give you a water stain that you can track back to the problem.
I would also go through every penitration site and check the caulk and fasteners for potential leaks. Make sure to check themounting bolts for the AC unit, they have a tendicy to loosen up. But do not over torque them as you will crush the seal, then you will not be able to tighten it up any more in the future.
Wish I could be more help.
