Water pressure
I have a jay flight bungalow, having water pressure problem. Hooked up to city water connection, low pressure if you turn on water pump pressure jumps up. I shouldn’t have to run pump since the pump should only take sucktion from tank please help this is driving me crazy . Don’t know maybe three way valve bad

Check for a clog with your hose. Typically grit may be clogging the mesh. A water pressure gauge that you attach to the faucet will help diagnose any issues on the supply side.

Something is wrong with your system, because the pump as you stated draws water from the fresh water tank and should have no effect on the water pressure when connected to city water unless it is drawing water from your tank.
Check your incoming water line. The water filter may be clogged, the hose could be kinked, the inlet screen could be clogged or the back flow check valve is not opening properly. You may need to remove the screen on the inlet and gently push in on the check valve.

Is there a vacuum breaker/backflow preventer valve attached to the water spigot? If there is, see if there's a screened hose washer on the end of your hose. The bulge on the screen washer will depress the pin inside it, and mess up the pressure. I had that happen to us once.

If you have a pressure regulator it could be restricting the flow.

I found a folded supply line after searching for two years. It's anyone's guess these days where the gremlin is....you just have to keep poking around and eliminating things until it finally shows it's face.

I agree, happened to me twice. Flip the screen!

My 2020 29MV Owner's Manual says to use a 45 psi water regulator. Here's from the manual:

Thanks so much, dvspl for the info. I appreciate the response. We are putting together a tool "kit" of "must have" parts/accessories for the RV. Safe travels

Had no water flow when I connected a backflow preventer and a pressure regulator piggyback. Most parks have the backflow preventers on all water faucets, in that case, I put my pressure regulator at the incoming connection at the trailer. Just worried about protecting the internal plumbing from high pressure, do not really care about the water hose.
