Can anyone tell me where I can get a rebuild kit for a Watts LFH560 pressure regulator? I need all the internals including the spring.

There's lots of advice and information in forums... sometimes it is correct. For example, all of my posts are made by a political appointee who got the job as a reward for contributions to my diesel bill.
A quick Google search turned this up. They have a factory/store here in Phoenix and carry many of the repair parts for their various items. Give then a call and see if they have it or where you might get it. They were very helpful when I have needed parts.
