WDH and 184BH

This question is mainly for 184BH owners but others are welcome to reply.
I am currently towing my TT with a 2007 Toyota Tacoma, crew cab, long bed. I have been using a simple conventional hitch with a single Curt sway control attached. It has been doing the job so far but I am now looking for a WDH. I'm just wondering what folks are using. So far it seems that my choices are the Equalizer or the Reese Mini Lite. They seem to be the two that are most readily available in my area.

I have a 185RB and my local dealer told me not to use a WDH due to the smaller frame on these lightweight trailers. I pull with a 2002 Grand Cherokee and a friction stabilizer.

Hope this helps.

I have a 2013 F-150 scab and was told I didn't need a WDH. I've pulled it about 2,200km so far and it's been a great pull so far.

I have a Dodge Ram 1500 and was also told no need for a WDH. Standard friction sway control bar with no issues towing so far.

I tow mine with a 2012 jeep liberty. I use a fast way e2 600/6000 wdh and it is a great combo. If I had a long wheel base I wouldn't worry. I tried without a wdh and it was very uncomfortable. I drive a heavy haul truck for a living and couldn't wait for the ride to be over. For all with a small tv this is a great camper if you stay within your limits. I make weight by 1000 lbs but make the frontal area only by a couple square feet. With the fast way I know its there but no white knuckles what-so-ever
