Pull the tub and surround, start by cutting out the wall base that hides the underside of the tub.

Don't mess around with this. Every week you wait is more time for the mold/mildew and rot to continue. You need to yank the tub and replace flooring and inspect the wall/floor interface.

Fixing PEX isn't your mission.

Catching the rot before it destroys the camper is.

Thx already started the fix and all dry was leaking for less than 3 days. The pex tubing was compromised from looks like a razor knife and weakened the wall of the pex and when it froze the cracked was about 1/4 right in razor knife area. I cut a larger access in the sink vanity to get into the back area and replaced the hot line tubing with new and push lock fittings.
