Have you had any tire failures or alerts to low pressure. Any instances of the sensors not updating?

Thanks ,

James

YES, you can use 2 of the 4. Put the third one on your spare tire. It'll tell you when the spare tire pressure gets low.

YES, I have had the A1A for 5 years now. Really appreciate the peace of mind they give me. I have looked at what the monitor says before a trip, then I check with a pressure gauge. Right on. As I travel down the road, I sometimes scroll between pressure and temperature. It's interesting to see what happens in the differing conditions. Last summer, I was having problems with the monitor. Called Tire Minder and they promptly replaced the monitor. I have always had good conversations with them when I called. I like that they include the booster. I have never seen a connection drop except when the battery died on 2 of the monitors.

In fact, I left mine on all winter this past winter. Every once in awhile, I would turn on the monitor and see what the tire pressures were. I have only lost 3 pounds of pressurevall winter.

I just called the TireTraker factory, asked if I could buy the unit with 4 sensors and then order 4 more tire sensors later. The guy said sure... can monitor up to 22 tires.

Sounds like a good deal on a lifetime warranty unit.

My TST 507 system has been working perfectly for the past 9 years.

The receiver on my Minder went bad after 6-ish years. I talked with them and sent it to them for testing and they confirmed it’d died. It was an older unit and they made me a good deal on an upgrade.

TST and Minder seem to be the most popular units but may seem a bit pricy. I think it’s more important to get one (a good one) than to stress over the details.
