Which heater?

I have a 2007 tent trailer (1207) and the hot water unit has gone South. Leak in the tank. Can anyone tell me what replacement unit fits? We are on the road so can't physically check numbers. Our kids use it and id like to get it fixed so they can. TIA

Here is the information from the manual (https://www.jayco.com/files/download...lename_147.pdf)

Water Heater Atwood RV Components, Gas Appliances, Marine Products, Chassis Components, Seating Systems, Windows and Doors from Atwood Mobile (815) 877-5700

17 gal fresh water tank with 12V demand pump

Hope that helps.

or go to a welding shop, which is usually cheaper. You might have to disassemble...

Your camper more than likely has an Atwood 6 gallon heater. A new heater cost between $250.00 - $300.00. If your heater has auto ignition and electric element it will be more about $425.00. Hope this is helpful. My son has a 1207 and I'm pretty sure his is 6 gal. I don't think his has an electric element in it only gas.
