Whisper a Quiet AC maintenance

Filter cleaning is one of those things we do often. Easy to do when the plenum is right there in the ceiling but with the Whisper Quiet in our a Eagle, not too sure what to do. Would be nice if the owners manual pointed me in the right direction or better yet, the AC manufacturers booklet said anything.

Has anyone figured out how maintain AC filters?

Two screws hold the cover to the filters. I washed mine under the faucet, be very careful not to get the cardboard wet. I also found you can clean them pretty well with an old tooth brush. Be careful to get the screws back into the same holes, it can be a problem, but if you are patient it can be done.
I'm not real fond of them but they work.
