whisper quiet AC

Does anybody know how to check the baffle in the unit to see if its in the right place? Mine does not seem to be blowing very well. Do I have to remove the whole unit off the roof?

You shouldn't need to remove the outside unit. On the inside overhead, remove the covers/filters. You should see a screw in each corner that holds the trim unit up to the ceiling. When you remove those and take the trim unit down, you'll see how/where the baffle fits. It's very obvious how it fits once you get the inside trim down. While you're in there, check the A/C mounting bolts. There's a long one in each corner that should be just snug. Don't overtighten them as it could compress/damage the gasket.

Depending on which model you have you should be able to remove the cover and then the fan enclosure to see the duct work. The MACH-8 can be accessed very easily

Whisper Quiet doesn't have an inside grill.

Ah, so I see now. Didn't realize that "Whisper Quiet" was a real difference in installation. You learn something new every day!
