Winegard connecT 2.0 and Sphere 4g

Help, we have just received our new Jayco Campervan (Mercedes Sprinter Optimum) - so the handover; the Jayco team were unsure why we have Sphere 4g and Wingard fitted and could not explain how to set it up. There are instruction “per system” but nothing explains the overall set up and why two systems - confused 😬
I’ve purchased a new SIM card but do I fit to which one. Has anybody else a set up like this and can guide me simply?

First, welcome to the forum. By Jayco team do you mean the dealer? If you have the Winegard Connect 2 with 4g the AT&T or Verizon SIM card will be installed in the Winegard and setup per the instruction manual which should be included with the unit. That manual will also have a sticker on the front that has the user id and password for the system.

I know nothing about the sphere 4g system.

The Sphere 4g is apparently only in AUSTRALIA and since the 2 JAYCO companies are related by name only it's doubtful anyone here will have any info.
