winegard connect 2.0 on switch question

Hello,
i bought a 2020 Eagle TT with the winegard connect 2.0 and the Jcommand system. I am not getting a wifi signal from the router mounted in the bedroom. Does anyone know; is there a switch to turn on the system (as indicated in the manual) or is the system tied to the Jcommand system?

At least in the fifth wheels there is a black 12v switch on the ceiling next to the Winegard.
